Relatively new to the game, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken was founded in 2012 by the father and son, Nick Bishop Sr. and Nick Jr. The duo opened their first location off the famous Broadway Street in downtown Nashville, and from that point on have expanded to having a dozen restaurants in five states.
