The Effortless 2-Ingredient Trader Joe’s Combo for a Gourmet Pasta Night

When warm summer weather hits, the last thing you want to do is spend hours over a stove making complicated meals. Thankfully, it’s easy enough to combine fresh ingredients along with Trader Joe’s freezer aisle options. That way, you can put together seasonal combos that are perfect for dining al fresco. That’s exactly what TikTok user @danielles_eats did recently by cooking up the store’s Sweet Corn, Burrata, and Basil Ravioli and topping it with frozen Shrimp Scampi, also from Trader Joe’s.

The components of this two-product pasta dish, including sweet corn and shrimp, capture true summer vibes in one elevated meal. But it couldn’t be easier to prepare. Read on to learn how to put it together. Then serve it alongside a charcuterie board also made exclusively from Trader Joe’s ingredients, and you’ve got yourself a one-stop shop menu for your next summer dinner party.

How to serve the 2-ingredient pasta dish

To prepare the summer pasta dish, simply follow the instructions on each of the two products. Start by boiling water to prepare the Sweet Corn, Burrata, and Basil Ravioli, which takes just a few minutes to cook. Once it is ready, drain and place in serving bowls. The Shrimp Scampi in a garlic and lemon butter sauce can be found in the frozen section. (Just note it might be gone by fall, as Trader Joe’s regularly discontinues products that are no longer in season or in demand.) To prepare it, cook it for about 10 minutes on the stovetop, or until the shrimp is opaque in color. You can also bake it in a serving dish in the oven for about 15 minutes. Once your shrimp is ready, pour it directly over the ravioli, sauce and all. And @danielles_eats recommends topping it with Parmesan and basil to finish the dish.

This two ingredient Trader Joe’s dinner is perfect for a busy weeknight because it comes together in less than 15 minutes! It uses two ingredients: the Sweet Corn, Burrata and Basil Ravioli and Shrimp Scampi. 🍤 🍝 The new Trader Joe’s Shrimp Scampi is DELISH and definitely will be in my rotation. Find it in the frozen section by the rest of the seafood. I cooked it according to the stove top directions and it was ready in about 8 minutes. It’s frozen, covered in a sauce and there’s plenty of sauce to use as a pasta sauce or for dipping a piece of bread. #traderjoesnew #traderjoesseasonal #traderjoesfrozenfood #traderjoesrecipes #twoingredients #shrimpscampi
